Common Palm Civet
The Common Palm Civet is a cat sized mammal that lives in the Southeast Asia tropical rainforests though it’s highly adaptive and can live agricultural areas and even alongside humans, often by invading their roof spaces. It is also know as the Asian Palm Civet, Musang or the Toddy Cat.
The largest of the four Lynx species and the third largest predator in Europe after the Brown Bear and Grey Wolf. The Eurasian Lynx, also known as the European Lynx, Common Lynx, Northern Lynx and the Siberian or Russian Lynx is found in the forests of Europe, Siberia, South Asia and East Asia. Requiring one or two kilograms of meat every day the Eurasian Lynx uses stealth and pounce techniques to bring down much larger animals such as deer.
